The regional newspaper
of the year

The Einhorn team is pleased about another award: The Berliner Morgenpost is the European Newspaper of the Year in the regional newspaper category. In addition to regularly evolving the design of the main newspaper Einhorn took on the development of a tabloid sister named kompakt in 2011. A team consisting of the heads of consulting at INNOVATION in London and student trainees from the Axel Springer Akademie conducted experiments in the Einhorn lab over a period of several weeks. Die WELT undergoes
a complete change

The relaunch concept was drawn up in conjunction with EINHORN SOLUTIONS in a process lasting a good year. After developing pilot issues over a period of several months the editorial department and the EINHORN team moved on to fine-tuning and adaptation to all WELT titles. Work on the optimum content and look went on until summer 2010 and involved many color and typography tests on the rotary press and, in particular, several reader surveys. Technical implementation in the in-house editing system and layouting support for the editorial department came to a successful conclusion by November 2010. Mehr »

Big newspaper, small format

A tabloid edition of the Welt am Sonntag has been on the newsstands since February 2010. Einhorn designed this tabloid and produces it together with the editorial department for the Cologne/Bonn test market and the whole region. This compact, 64-page weekly newspaper is oriented to younger readers and women in particular. Mehr »
